Is Spazo free?
Drawing, the 3D view, walking through the house, the plan assistant and downloads are free. AI pictures and reading plan images use credits, and new accounts get 3 free credits.
What does one credit buy?
One AI picture: a furnished room from a photo, a 3D view or a plan, or a 360° panorama. Reading one plan image into an editable plan also costs one credit.
Is it a subscription?
No. Credits are bought in one-time packs, nothing renews and you are never charged again on your own.
Do credits expire?
No, they stay on your account until you use them.
What if a picture fails?
Its credit returns to your balance automatically. If a picture worked but came out clearly broken, write to Support and we will return the credit.
How do I pay?
By card and other local methods through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Prices are in US dollars; checkout may show your local currency.
Can I use the pictures commercially?
Yes. Your plans and the pictures made for you are yours to use, including in client work and listings.
Can I start from my existing plan?
Yes. Upload a picture or scan of a plan and Spazo turns it into walls and rooms you can edit, at their real size.
Is my data safe?
Passwords are hashed, connections are encrypted and you can turn on two-step sign-in. Deleting your account removes your plans and pictures at once.
Which languages are there?
English, Russian and Azerbaijani. Emails come in the language you use.
