Terms of Service

1.The service

Spazo lets you draw houses and apartments in 2D, see and walk through them in 3D, and make AI pictures of rooms (from photos, 3D views and furnished plans), including 360° panoramas. The 3D editor, the plan assistant and downloads are free; AI pictures and reading plan images use credits.

2.Your account

• You must be at least 16 and give a real email address.
• Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what is done with your account.
• One person per account. Do not share or sell accounts.

3.Credits and payment

• New accounts get 3 free credits once the email address is confirmed.
• Credits are bought in one-time packs; there is no subscription and nothing renews.
• One credit makes one AI picture or reads one plan image. If making a picture fails, its credit is returned automatically.
• Credits do not expire and are not money: they cannot be exchanged for cash or moved to another account.
• Payments are taken by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which also handles taxes. Prices are in US dollars; your bank may convert them.

4.Refunds

All purchases are final and payments are not refunded, as set out in our Refund Policy. Failed pictures get their credit back automatically.

5.What you upload and make

• Your plans, photos and the pictures made for you are yours. You may use them for anything lawful, including commercial work.
• You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you.
• Only upload photos and plans you have the right to use, and nothing illegal, hateful or showing people without their consent.

6.AI pictures

AI pictures are illustrations for ideas and presentations. They may contain mistakes and are not technical drawings: check sizes and construction with a professional before building or buying.

7.Fair use

• Do not try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service.
• Do not scrape the site or use it to build a competing service.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms; we will tell you why.

8.Availability and liability

We work to keep Spazo running and your data safe, but we provide it as it is, without a promise that it will always be available or error free. As far as the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

9.Ending

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Unused credits are lost when the account is deleted.

10.Changes

We may update these terms; if a change matters, we will tell you before it takes effect. Questions: hello@spazo.app.
