Privacy Policy

1.What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and a protected (hashed) password. We never see or store your password in plain form.
• What you make: your house and apartment plans, furniture, settings and the names you give them.
• Pictures: photos and plan images you upload, and the pictures our AI makes for you.
• Purchases: which credit pack you bought, when, and the payment's status. Card details go straight to our payment provider and never reach us.
• Support: the messages and screenshots you send us.
• Technical data needed to run the service safely: sign-in times, your chosen language and theme, and IP addresses in short-lived security logs.

2.Why we use it

• To run your account and keep it secure, including two-step sign-in if you turn it on.
• To make the pictures and plans you ask for.
• To sell and keep track of credits.
• To answer you, and to send emails about your account: sign-up codes, password resets, security notices and support answers. We do not send advertising.

3.Who helps us

We share only what each service needs to do its part:

• Dodo Payments: takes payments as our merchant of record and handles taxes.
• fal.ai: makes the AI pictures from the photos and views you send.
• OpenAI: powers the plan assistant and reads plan images you upload.
• Cloudflare R2: stores uploaded and generated pictures.
• Resend: delivers our emails.

4.Cookies and storage

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. Your browser also remembers your language and theme. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, and no third-party analytics.

5.How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account in Settings, we delete your profile, plans, pictures, files and support conversations at once. Payment records are kept without your personal details, as tax and accounting rules require.

6.Your rights

You can see and change your details in Settings, download your plans and pictures, and delete your account at any time. To ask what we hold about you, or to correct or erase it, write to hello@spazo.app.

7.Security

Passwords are stored hashed, connections are encrypted, sessions can be ended on every device, and two-step sign-in is available. No system is perfect: if something goes wrong that affects you, we will tell you.

8.Children

Spazo is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
